These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TimePro AI ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

TimePro AI is an AI-powered time tracking and productivity platform designed for freelancers, consultants, and professionals. The Service includes, but is not limited to:

• Time Tracking: Start, stop, and manage timers for multiple tasks with background tracking capabilities
• AI-Powered Insights: AI assistant chat, productivity recommendations, and natural language queries about your data
• Client Management: Organize and manage client information related to your work
• Invoice Generation: Create professional PDF invoices based on billable hours and time entries
• Reporting & Analytics: Visual statistics, CSV data export, and date-filtered reports
• Notes & Quotes: Create project notes and manage quotes for client work
• Cloud Sync: Securely store and synchronize your data across devices

3. Account Registration

3.1 Creating an Account

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.3 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Scrape, data mine, or use automated tools to access the Service without our consent
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service or any part of it without our written permission

• Use the Service to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others

5. Your Data and Content

5.1 Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data and content you create, upload, or enter into the Service, including time entries, task descriptions, client information, notes, quotes, and invoices ("Your Content"). We do not claim any ownership rights over Your Content.

5.2 License to Us

By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to access, process, and store Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. This includes processing Your Content through our AI features to generate insights and recommendations for you.

5.3 Data Export

You may export your time tracking data in CSV format at any time through the app's reporting features. We believe your data belongs to you, and you should always have the ability to take it with you.

5.4 Data Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into the Service, including time entries, client details, and billing rates used for invoice generation. We are not liable for errors in invoices or reports caused by inaccurate input data.

6. AI Features and Limitations

6.1 AI-Generated Content

TimePro AI uses artificial intelligence to provide productivity insights, recommendations, and chat-based assistance. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional, financial, or legal advice.

6.2 Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated insights and responses may not always be correct, complete, or up to date. You should independently verify any important information provided by the AI assistant before acting on it.

6.3 Third-Party AI Processing

Our AI features are powered by third-party services, including OpenAI. When you use AI chat or insight features, relevant data may be sent to these providers for processing. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.

7. Invoicing and Billing Features

The Service provides tools to generate invoices based on your time tracking data. Please note:

• Invoices generated through TimePro AI are based on the data you provide and are your responsibility to review before sending to clients
• We do not process payments or handle financial transactions between you and your clients
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your invoices comply with applicable tax laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• TimePro AI is not a substitute for professional accounting or tax advice

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Property

The Service, including its design, features, functionality, code, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by TimePro AI and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without our express written permission.

8.2 Feedback

If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Service, you grant us the right to use such feedback without any obligation to compensate you. We may incorporate your suggestions into the Service at our discretion.

9. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. If applicable:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on the plan you select
• You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your chosen plan
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are handled in accordance with the policies of the platform through which you subscribed (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store)
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers

10. Termination

10.1 By You

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Upon account deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10.2 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if continued use poses a risk to the Service or other users. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking such action, except where immediate action is necessary to protect the Service.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We recommend exporting your data before account deletion. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Guarantees that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Accuracy or reliability of AI-generated insights and recommendations
• Accuracy of time tracking data due to device or network issues

You acknowledge that time tracking accuracy may be affected by factors such as device performance, background process limitations, network connectivity, and operating system restrictions.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TIMEPRO AI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TimePro AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TimePro AI operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we may also send a notification through the app or via email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
